You’ll move through a balanced mix of full-length reformer flows and short-and-effective classes—so consistency feels natural, not overwhelming.
Week 1 is "Light the Spark" week. Week 2 is "Build the Glow" week. Each week is composed of 5 classes, specifically made for this challenge.
