Transform your practice—and how you feel in your body!
Elevate is a guided 28-session journey to reclaim strength, reset habits, and reignite your routine. You’ll feel the impact of consistency and intention—stronger body, clearer mind, better days.
This program is mostly Technique Level 2 with a light touch of Level 3, designed for movers who already feel very comfortable in Level 2 and are ready for a bit more challenge.
Each track follows a distinct theme to keep you focused and inspired. Move through the program at your own pace, but we suggest at least 3-4 classes a week to see big results.

Not suitable for beginners.

  • Elevate: 48 Min Strength in Mobility #693

    Episode 1

    This class focuses on strengthening muscles around the joints (spine, hips, and shoulders) to allow for mobility work that feels supported.

    A lower-body-focused workout using the bar and straps. You'll be lying down for most of it, but expect some fun inversions (Gabrielle shows alternative options as well).

    Such a fun class for the Pilates enthusiast! These are all traditional Reformer Pilates exercises taught in a classical order. Embody the essence of Pilates by feeling the flow of breath, and the mobility and strength in the entire body.
