Elevate is a guided 28-session journey to reclaim strength, reset habits, and reignite your routine. You’ll feel the impact of consistency and intention—stronger body, clearer mind, better days.
This program is mostly Technique Level 2 with a light touch of Level 3, designed for movers who already feel very comfortable in Level 2 and are ready for a bit more challenge.
Each track follows a distinct theme to keep you focused and inspired. Move through the program at your own pace, but we suggest at least 3-4 classes a week to see big results.
Not suitable for beginners.
