Grow your practice with ease. This Technique Level 2 Program is for movers who feel confident in Level 1 and are ready for more coordination, expanded variations, and deeper technique.
Each track gives you a balanced mix of strength, stretch, focus areas, and varied intensities—plus a few helpful tutorials. Move through the program at your own pace, but we suggest at least 2-3 classes a week to see real results.
