Bring the studio to your space. These 45–60 minute classes deliver that full-body, studio-style flow you love—complete with thoughtful progressions to guide you deeper into your practice. While the foundation is intermediate for most of these workouts, you’ll find advanced and beginner options sprinkled throughout, so every level can find a challenge that fits.
Listen to your body and choose the variations that feel right for you that day. We suggest doing 2 to 4 of these a week for a consistent, well-rounded routine. Want more? Go for it—or mix in some shorter classes to keep things flexible. Your studio, your schedule.
