Adrienne was born and raised in Memphis, TN where she built her Pilates roots, teaching full time in her home studio. She has taught movement for ten years now, certified in Pilates & yoga. Her classes often focus on athletic & strengthening formats with a nod to the classics, too. She loves that Pilates always meets her and her clients where they are in different seasons of life (like early motherhood season, now!), offering challenges and modifications, and knowing the longevity of her health & wellness is prioritized because of the method.
