Need to know a general outline of what to do and what to avoid on the Reformer if you have osteoporosis? Gabrielle goes through a few explanations and moves to help you take charge of your Pilates practice.
Note from Gabrielle:
It's important to state that not everyone with osteoporosis feels the same; what may feel good on one person may not feel good for someone else. It's also important to not be fearful of movement. For example, even if we want to avoid spinal flexion of the spine, people with osteoporosis flex their spines in every day life, and that's totally ok!
