Hello everyone,

I'm so excited to introduce Forums to you guys! Feel free to ask questions, request specific workouts, or just give me a shout out 😀

We are currently in the process of creating Apps for you guys! They should be available in a month or so. You'll be able to access all the content on your iPhone or Android, as well as Apple TV and Roku.

`it appears that now you have launched your app on iPhone I can no longer view videos via my subscription online _ is anyone else having this problem - my screen has gone black - I don't have Apple TV - used to just watch via safari and your website - happened overnight

I had a message from Vimeo the problem was apparently out charge ?? Anyway all sorted thank you just a coincidence it happened as I got the app too -always fear the trouble is with me the user not the provider but this time wasn’t me phhhheww -have a good week Bonk

Love this! My name is Amber and I LOVE having these workouts to do!! These are the best reformer and mat workouts I’ve found. About to share this with a gf who is talking about getting a reformer. If you have any recommendations I’d love to hear!

Thanks so much for the kind words and support!! I truly appreciate it!

Hi! I’m Valeria. I’m excited for this forum and looking forward to the workshops and live classes. I attended the live class a few months ago and it really motivated me to get back into a regular Pilates practice. I play tennis and your workouts have really helped me improve my game and my posture. I’m better able to turn my body to hit the ball (I feel less “sticky”) and I’m significantly less sore after playing when I do your stretches. Would love to see more workouts added to the swing sports playlist and also more workouts targeting the posterior chain muscles.

That's amazing that my live class helped motivate you!! I'm planning on adding more to the schedule here shortly :)
Pilates is such a great complimentary to Tennis. I'm glad you've seen improvements in your technique and the way your body feels! I will definitely add more workouts to those categories you mentioned. Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for your support!
