Thanks so much for your workouts! They've been so beneficial for me this past year.
I've recently gotten back into regular ballet classes after a several years long hiatus. My pilates practice has made re-entry surprisingly less hard than I anticipated. But I was wondering if you have ever thought about offering a dancer/ballet inspired workout, particularly for strength in extensions? Not sure if there's much demand beyond me, but if so I'd love to learn and try your approach.
