Can you suggest any workout that really get your heart racing ? I understand many of the workouts are geared towards stretching and controlled/burning muscle workouts, but I like a good workout from time to time that works up a good sweat. Thx
Hi Charles! I suggest the workouts in the "blazing" category, or the technique level 3 (if you feel comfortable at that level) to get your heart rate up. The jumpboard workouts are great too. Workouts where we do quite a bit of isometric holds can definitely bring your heart rate up as well - don't think that you have to be in movement to work up a good sweat ;)
Alternatively, you can do a cardio workout before or after your Pilates if you're looking for purely cardiovascular focus. Hope that helps!
