I love doing long Pilates workouts but these days it feels like I can only carve out enough time for the shorter ones (20 min or less). I’m thinking that if I do 20 min every day that is 140 min/week. I used to do 45 min 3x/week, which comes to about 135 min. In theory, it would be about the same amount of time per week but I’m wondering if longer workouts are more effective in general. I’ve read that the length of a workout makes a difference when it comes to cardio. I’m curious if that applies to Pilates too.
