Hi,
I’m doing 3-4 workouts a week for general fitness and will continue that.
Would love a short “sport specific” workout to take onto 2-3 of my weekly workout. Selfishly for me - that’s skiing, but I know golfers, runners etc would probably like a similar thing.
For example I tack a couple of minute of alternating skaters at the end of my workout, but I’m sure there is more I could do for skiing specific muscle/movement improvement.
