I really love the post running/cycling 24 minute flow. is there a longer class of 40 minutes or more
which incorporates similar movements and work into it ? thanks
Or are there any other 20/25 minutes workout which would best complement this class with perhaps hip openers, and whatever else would be complimentary and add to this. thanks.
Hi Jonathan! Check out the stretching videos for hip openers. You may also like the classical pilates workouts and the upper body focused ones as well. You can also go into the Search tab and type in "posture" to get some great back strengthening and hip opening workouts! Hope that helps :)
