I was wondering how you create the weekly schedules—whether the classes are strategically chosen to be complementary and full body over the course of the week and/or if they’re randomly selected to be one long, one short, one stretching, etc.
I am used to doing 45-60 minute classes with another online teacher I’ve been subscribed to for a long time, so joining your platform is requiring some shifting in my thinking. But your classes are also giving me the gift of fantastic cueing which I was missing, thus making your shorter-than-I’m-used-to classes significantly more effective!
