I’ve had (and still have a couple that I’ll be canceling) subscriptions to almost all of the well known teachers with online platforms. You are the only one who consistently offers the cues for correct positioning, for connecting to the correct muscles to activate before starting the move, for breathing, and for moving at a sensible intentional pace.
I also really appreciate that all moves take a Pilates focus even when they’re “gym” moves. Unlike some teachers, your choreography is varied, sensible, doable, and interesting, but not impossibly hard or consisting of a million reps until failure. I like that you don’t throw in novelty movements that have no purpose or are dangerous.
And I like that you offer many 45+ minute classes unlike some who mostly do 20 minute classes so i have to do 2 together. Lately I’ve used the other teachers mostly for chair and tower classes but I’m happy to see you adding more of those.
I’ve used your links for BB equipment purchases, the Arc (love it and your classes with it) and the Elements straps with the handle/long strap combo. I got tired of trying to swap handles or attach handles to the double loops.
