My BB arc is on its way. For some reason, I decided I just had to have it. I think I liked the idea of using it for support and proper form for basic/intermediate exercises, more so than for anything "extra." For instance, I cannot do a proper roll-up without momentum, and at the age of 60, maybe I never will. I see you have several arc videos and I look forward to trying them. Just wanted to let you know that I am interested in learning more about how to incorporate the arc into any pilates session. Maybe every now and then you could mention it as a way to modify certain exercises or how it could help with maintaining form? I also have sciatica, and I wonder if it could help with that. Hi Susan! I love that idea! Using the arc for support is a great way to use this piece of equipment. I'll see if I can mention arc use in some of my workouts! I'll also film more of these 🙂
