I continue to love doing your workouts, and now my 17 year old daughter is joining (and loving them) as well!
Question about exercises like scooter where the back foot is on the heel rest. I have hallux limitus (osteoarthritis) in both my big toes and I do not have enough range of motion to bend my toes on the carriage and push my heel into the headrest. If you could let me know the best way to modify, or even make a short Instagram clip demonstrating different options, I would be so grateful-- and guessing there are others with the same issue.
