Would you recommend top 3 movements that are best and worst for ppl with hip dysplasia?
Hi Diane! As just a general suggestion, I would say bridges, side-lying legs, and some gentle stretches with feet in straps. Exercises to avoid: anything that's high impact (so not really the case for Pilates), and maybe avoiding deep squats. I hope that helps!
