Hi Gabrielle! I just took advantage of your amazing deal and got a year membership! Very excited, you are an awesome teacher :) I have been doing pilates in a studio for a year, and I'm still getting used to my new reformer. It is slightly shorter than studio reformers, and I'm 5'11".
I am finding that having the foot bar at the lower setting gives me more room (and allows me to have 90 degree angle), but it is the setting just 1 lower than the typical setting we use for footwork! Any insight on how this might change (or hinder) my alignment for footwork? Or would you say it's just more proper to do footwork with the higher setting? I technically CAN, but it is not as comfortable for my hips (the carriage doesn't gear out that far). Thanks for your insight.
