I have completed the beginner's program and Track 1 of the Level 1 program and starting on Track 2. I am loving the workouts. I was looking through the other programs and the weekly plan and they all look interesting so trying to figure out how to incorporate the various items into one another. Any suggestions?

Feel free to try any of the workouts from any of the programs that speak to you 🙂 If you're loving the Level 1 Program right now, I suggest you stick to that, and once you're done you can tackle Level 2 Program. The weekly schedule holds workouts ranging from Levels 1 to 3, so if you feel comfortable with that, you can of course stick to the weekly plan.
