Level 3 Program
7 Seasons
Advance with intention. This Technique Level 3 Program is for those who have begun to embody the Pilates principles and want to explore more technically demanding movements. Most of the classes are a mix of classical and contemporary exercises. Each track gives you a balanced mix of strength, stretch, focus areas, and varied intensities. Move through the program at your own pace, but we suggest at least 2-3 classes a week to see real results.
