I had a quick question about how to best follow your weekly 7-day reformer schedule. Should we be doing the classes in order by weekday?
yesterday’s lower body around the world was pretty intense, and today’s back to basics, my legs are definitely feeling it! I just want to make sure I’m approaching the schedule in the way you intended!
Also, I hope you don’t mind me asking: how often and how long do you typically work out each week? You look amazing! I know diet plays a big role too, but I’d love any general guidance or advice you might be willing to share.
