Fellow Pilates instructor here. 👋 Love the app and use it often for my personal practice. I’m looking for videos targeting scapular winging and forward head posture. I couldn’t find anything specific but am guessing a lot of classes you’ve already done work on strengthening the serratus and shoulder protraction. Can you point me in the right direction if you have something that fits the bill?
