While the foundation is intermediate for most of these workouts, you’ll find advanced and beginner options sprinkled throughout, so every level can find a challenge that fits.
Listen to your body and choose the variations that feel right for you that day. We suggest doing 2 to 4 of these a week for a consistent, well-rounded routine. Want more? Go for it—or mix in some shorter classes to keep things flexible. Your studio, your schedule.
