For your third trimester, we now want to focus more on breath work and pelvic floor release, but we also work on staying strong and finding space in the body, especially around the ribcage and hips. Watch my intro video for more in depth information about your changing body and how Pilates can help. If you want to continue doing the other non-prenatal workouts on this platform, make sure to watch my modifications video. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have in the Forums section.
