For your second trimester, we now want to avoid certain moves like ab curls and lying on the belly. These workouts focus on keeping you strong, balanced and aligned as the baby bump continues to grow. Watch my intro video for more in depth information about your changing body and how Pilates can help.     Equipment: No equipment needed, however if you have a significant bump grab a wedge/pillows.

    We focus on staying strong, grounded and centered. Incorporating a bit more pelvic floor release work throughout the workout.

    Starting with lower body work, we then finish up with upper body work and pelvic floor release work.
